Augusta Grumdahl
Program Coordinator
My name is Augusta Grumdahl and I am the Yellowstone Adventure Camp coordinator this summer. I have been at Little Peoples Learning Center since November of 2018. For the summer of 2018, I was a Yellowstone Forever Instructor focusing primarily on family programs. I received my degree in Wildlife Ecology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2016, and it was there where I found my passion for teaching. I did education shows through my school’s Herpetology Society and loved teachings kids about reptiles and amphibians. In my free time, I love to go hiking, reading, and playing board games. Living and learning in Yellowstone National Park is inspiring and am excited to lead the Yellowstone Adventure Camp.

Allyson Fadel
Assistant Teacher
Hi! My name is Allyson Fadel, and I am so excited to be working with the Yellowstone Adventure Camp this summer! I cannot wait to meet all the children and enjoy learning about the outdoors with them in one of the most beautiful places on earth. I was raised in Columbia, South Carolina, but am currently living in Cleveland, TN, where I will graduate from Lee University in May with my B.S. in Special Education. While in college, I have had the opportunity to work for an after-school program serving the at-risk population of children in our area as a summer intern for several years. This allowed me to lead tent camps, hiking, and backpacking trips in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains- another beautiful area of the country. This year I have also had the opportunity to student teach at two different schools- a wonderful experience. I look forward to being able to use what I have learned to make this summer an engaging, enriching one for your children, and I cannot wait to start!
